No VAT is currently charged. These are starting prices for the stated scope; your final quote is agreed before work begins.
What the starting price means
A design adapted to your business, copy preparation from information you supply and confirm, appropriately licensed imagery, mobile checks, search foundations and launch setup.
Two consolidated revision rounds are included within the agreed scope. Send one collected set of feedback for each round; extra pages, a changed brief or further rounds are quoted before that work begins.
A basic enquiry privacy page does not use up your main-page allowance. It describes the agreed setup; it is not bespoke legal advice.
Domain registration and renewal, branded email mailboxes, paid third-party services, paid image licences where needed, ecommerce, booking systems and substantial extra functionality are separate requirements. Any cost is explained before you agree to it.
Your domain remains yours. If you do not want monthly care, choose a source-code handover to your own hosting account. Any third-party hosting or email costs are yours to approve.
Care is month-to-month, not a long-term contract. Cancel before the next billing period; the agreed paid period remains covered. Unused editing time does not roll over.
New pages, redesigns, extra functionality and larger changes need a separate agreed quote. There is no unlimited editing allowance, 24/7 monitoring promise or guaranteed search position.
The fee covers management and support—not a claim that the hosting provider itself charges £79. Domain renewal, branded mailboxes and paid third-party services remain separate.
If you leave care, you can take a source-code handover and arrange hosting in your own account. Your domain remains yours.
